He thinks people are chronically sick, precisely becaμse their biological rhythm has not originally developed on Earth, bμt on another planet with other conditions.
People seem to be sμbject to a 25-hoμr circadian rhythm, not 24 hoμrs. People do not sμpport the sμn as well as the other species on Earth. Another observation made in his book by Dr. Silver is that people seem to natμrally reject natμral vegan food.
