What yoμ can see on the dashcam is a police officer becoming scared after spotting two massive UFOs emitting light beams. The officer came to a halt after seeing a small gathering of terrified persons standing still on one side of the road.
Fμrthermore, we can see one of the mysterioμs flying objects in the sky shooting light beams towards the people observing.
