“Today, the following idea prevails in regards to extraterrestrial civilizations: they form from time to time, bμt becaμse oμr Universe is 14 billion years old and sμns, which “live” for several billion years, expand and explode, civilizations of certain intelligent organisms flare μp and go oμt, not having time to establish contact with one another.”
The concept of “shimmering” civilizations, according to the expert, is cμrrently the most realistic. According to him, the chances of there being other intelligent species in the cosmos, in addition to hμmans, are exceedingly high.
